She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leslie T. Wells and Helen Reeve Wells; her husband Harold J. Evans, Jr.; her children, Carol Soderholm (Sidney) of East Hartford, CT, Gail Wellen (David) of Riverhead and Jim Evans (Colleen) of Ithaca; her daughter-in-law Susan Evans of Knoxville, TN; her sister Henrietta Howard of Riverhead; her son Glenn Evans; and her sister Ann Peterson. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
