She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Grisamore and Christine Grisamore (Henjes); and her siblings, Paul Grisamore II and Mary A. Grisamore. She is survived by: her husband Douglas E. Bower; her children, Benjamin Bower (Randi) and Rachel Leonardo (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Root, Myzel Wintamute-Bower, Shai and Jonah Leonardo; her sisters, Joanna Cornell (Tim) and Betsy Leonard (Nate); and her nieces and nephews, Simon Ingall, Jesse Ingall, Kody Cornell and Gracie Cornell.
