He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M Mitchell Sr. and Alice McNaughton Mitchell; and his wife Loretta Mitchell (Myers). He is survived by: his children, Frank Mitchell III (Sherryl), Troy Mitchell (Anne Marshall), Roxanne Newman (Steve) and Shannon Harding. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
