She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur West and Clarinda West; her siblings, Lois and Charles; and her husband Harry LoVette.
She is survived by: her children, Dorinda "Dori" Cook (Jeff), David Pettigrew (Amber), Michele LoVette Vance, Denise LoVette and Renee LoVette-Gyler (Todd); her grandchildren, Danielle Gerritsen (Adam), Landon Cook, Erica DeVoll (John), Hollie Muchard (Jeff), Lauren Blair, Paul Vance (Jessica), Michael Pettigrew and Matthew Pettigrew (Randa); her great grandchildren, Levina, Clarissa, Wrenley, Nova, Michael, Gabriel, Caleb, Scarlet, Olive and Rose; her sister-in-law Loretta West; her daughter-in-law Caroline Pettigrew; her pet Bandit; her daughter-in-law Amber; and her grandchildren, Christina, Clay, Tabitha, Jake, Codey, Ivey, Scottie, Zachary, River, Ozzy, Seamus, Maeve, Fianna and Luella.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The Salvation Army (150 N Albany St, Ithaca, NY 14850). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Nys Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes (Formerly Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery) (6632 NY-96A, Romulus, NY 14541).
