He was predeceased by: his parents, William Urquhart and Agnes Greer Urquhart; and his son Andrew Urquhart. He is survived by: his children, Debra Urquhart, Ruth Dowlin (Jerome), Joseph Urquhart (Cynthia) and Mary Urquhart; his former wife Frances S. Urquhart; his daughter-in-law Carolyn; his grandchildren, Andrea, Shelly, Douglas, Sarah, Eric, Leah, Jessica and Matthew; and his siblings, Mary A. Urquhart and James (Janet). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
