Palmer III of Seneca Falls, Samirah Palmer of Seneca Falls and Emily Palmer of Seneca Falls; his parents, William M. of Geneva and Arlene Palmer (Cardinale) of Geneva; his siblings, Gary Palmer (Jennifer) of Seneca Falls, Kelly Palmer of Geneva, Cindy Montana (Frank) of Whitesboro, NY and Susan Palmer of Geneva; his parents-in-law, Judy Price of Albuquerque, NM and Mark McCarty of Bosque, NM; and his siblings-in-law, Jeremiah McCarty of Silver City, NM and Jennifer McCarty of Pagosa Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
