He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hibbard and Dorothy White Hibbard; his wife Mary E. Hibbard; his sons, John Hibbard and Raymond Hibbard; and his brothers, Lee Hibbard and Gerald Hibbard.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Taylor of Rockwall, TX; his grandchildren, Spencer Joseph Taylor, Eric Christian Taylor and Katerina Hope "Katya" Taylor; and his siblings, Doris Steen of Geneva, Georgianna Hibbard of Seneca Falls and Carl Hibbard (Marilyn) of Shreveport, LA. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
