It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen H. Valerio of Geneva, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Valerio and Alice Dundas Valerio; and his wife Janice Valerio (Ball). He is survived by: his significant other Pat O'Leary; his children, Joseph Valerio of Arlington, VA and Alison Valerio (Ethan Stewart-Smith) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Donald Valerio of Seneca Castle, NY, Loreen Farley (Kevin) of Sandy, UT and Christine Stoklosa (Phillip) of Rochester, NY; and his grandsons, Reed and Logan Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home (181 N Main St, Geneva, NY 14456).
