He is survived by: his wife Sally DeWitt Czaplak; his children, David Czaplak (Mary Ann), William Czaplak (Tina) of Geneva, Stan Czaplak (Theresa) of Kingston, NY and Mary Czaplak of Geneva; his grandchildren, William Czaplak, Stephen Czaplak (Amy), Stanley Czpalak (Jackie) and Jennifer Czaplak; and his great grandchild Nancy Czaplak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
