She was predeceased by: her parents, Mansel Bodine and Dorothy Ferguson Bodine; and her sister Constance Beazle. She is survived by: her husband Alan C. Strauss; her children, Alaric Strauss (Julie) of Geneva, NY, Erik Strauss of Wheat Ridge, CO and Derek Strauss (Jennifer) of Jim Thorpe, PA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexander of Christopher Joseph and Karl; and her sisters, Bonnie Shufelt of Coeymans, NY and Andrea Mensch (Fred) of Pittsfield, MA. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
