She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sparrow and Ruth Burkle Sparrow; her husbands, Thomas Carter and Gary Bartlett; and her daughter Michelle Carter.
She is survived by: her children, James Carter (Donna) of Nashville, TN, Sandi Carter, Donna Carter, Lisa Carter Johnson of Canandaigua and Lynn Carter Melville (Michael) of Newton, MA; her sister Ruth "Billie" Nickell; and her grandchildren, Joshua Carter (Kelly), Jamie Carter (Kelly), Jennifer Squance (Robert), Ashley Begens, Bradley Begens, Josh Keen, Andrew Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Max Melville and Sam Melville. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Due to the Corona Virus a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date to be announced.
