He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Navarro and Juana Cruz; and his sister Luz Tereza Navarro. He is survived by: his wife Zoraida Natal; his children, Elena Navarro of Geneva and Roberto Navarro-Natal of Geneva; his grandchild Synjanna Marie Armstrong-Navarro; and his siblings, Victoria Navarro, Carmen Alicia Navarro, Aida Navarro, Maria Ester Navarro, Julio Navarro, Jose Luis Navarro, Petra Navarro, Ana Wilda Navarro, Rafael Navarro, Blanca Navarro and Charlie Navarro.
