Hovey (Geneva, New York), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his close friend John Butsch; his parents, Fritz Hovey and Ann Hovey; his sister Liza Laibe (Marc); his nephews, Jack Laibe and Fritz Laibe; his aunts, Annis Hovey and Priscilla Maurer (Stewart); and his cousins, Cyndi Carter and Andy Maurer.
