It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Y. Nelson (Geneva, New York), who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her father Charles Parker; her sister YaYa; her husband Vaughn Nelson of Geneva; her sons, Joshua Nelson and Miles Nelson; her mother Vestial Weatherspoon (David) of Waterloo; her siblings, Thomas Parker of Rochester, Steve Parker (Thelma) of Geneva, Terry Parker of Rochester and Charita Falbru (Pablo) of Geneva; and her grandson Lorenzo Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
