She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Gill; and her husband Jack L. Mitchell. She is survived by: her parent Emma Seeley Gill; her daughter Phyllis Conley Jr (Isaac); her granddaughters, Billie Jo Bunce (Shawn) of Geneva Amanda and Quku of Clifton Springs; her great grandchildren, Stuart of Clifton Springs and Reid of Clifton Springs; her siblings, Loretta Hurler, Gary Gill Many, Jolleen Lehman, Charles Gill and Richard Gill; and also Clifton Springs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
