She was predeceased by: her husband Dmytro; her siblings, Mary O'Neil Meaden, Marjorie O'Neil Streppa and William O'Neil; her sister-in-law Helen Shabotynskyj; and her nephew Peter Malyj.
She is survived by: her sons, James (Kathy Mastellar) and Alan (Anna); her brothers, George O'Neil and Jim O'Neil (Sue); her significant other John Malyj (Olga); her niece Kathy Prelack (David); her sister-in-law Olga Zinchenko; and her nieces, Mary Ruth Ryan (Dan) and Aimee Marin (Ben). She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
