Phyllis Anne Randall Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Anne Randall in Geneva, New York, born in Waterloo, New York, who passed away on June 14, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Anne Randall to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Willis and Ellen L. Johnson Brown; her stepson Bryan Randall; and her sisters, Rosemary Gillotti, Judy Newstead and Bonnie Relyea.

She is survived by: her husband James L. Randall; her sons, Scott Smith (Michele) of Galveston, TX and Steven Smith of Woonsocket, RI; her stepdaughter Kimberly Breitbeck (Rick) of Oswego, NY; her siblings, Clifford "Skip" Brown (Nancy Roe) of Waterloo, NY and Marjorie Sitterley of Waterloo, NY; and her sister-in-law Lois Randall of Red Creek, NY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchild.

COVID-19 restrictions require all attending the service must have and wear face masks. COVID-19 restrictions allows for 25% of the maximum seating capacity of the sanctuary, therefore only 75 people will be able to attend the service.
