With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip E. Hickey (Geneva, New York), born in Bath, New York, who passed away on June 5, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hickey and Alfreda Hickey (Hinkel). He is survived by: his wife Kim Parsell-Hickey; his children, Philip Hickey (Christine), Tonya Rosell (Chuck) and Katrina Wilkinson; his stepsons, Christopher Parsell (Frank), Karl Parsell (Leanne), Matthew Parsell (Brandi) and Timothy Parsell; and his siblings, William Hickey (Myra), Sharon VanWarmer (Sach), Mary Ann O'Dell (Peter) and Sandra Riley (David). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
