He is survived by: his parent Anna Carnovale (Mulvaso); his daughters, Anne Rapini (Michael) of Geneva, Joanna Singleton, Donna Carnovale and Deborah Proffitt (Stan) of Geneva; his siblings, Joseph Carnovale (Mary) of Geneva and Mary Burry (Dave); his sister-in-law Patricia Carnovale of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Eric Rapini of Geneva, Melissa French Rapini of Nashville, TN, Dana Acciavatti (Chris) of Durham, NC and Lindsay Singleton of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
