She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Culbert and Annie Bell Culbert (Russ); her grandson Andrew Hudson; her sons, Floyd Dion and Benjamin Strongs; and her siblings, Barbara Jean Johnson (Mae Ellen Culbert) and Levon Waye.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Armstrong; her children, Frances Strongs, Michael Strongs (Brenda) and Edward Strongs (MacKenzie); and her siblings, Thomas Way, Jr., Jonathan Waye, Carol Louise Agee, Betty Jean Culbert and Judith Griffin (James). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
