She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swackhamer and Mamie Robertson Swackhamer; her husband Fred R. "Peanuts" Phillips; and her sister Marjorie Rice. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Phillips (Sharon) of Auburn and Lisa Snyder (Ken) of Geneva. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
