She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Reid and Helen Reid (Burke); and her siblings, Robert J. Reid, Norm Reid and Betty Reid Patch.
She is survived by: her children, Robert James Shaw (Patricia Talomie) and Mary Ellen Shaw Shoemaker (Bruce Shoemaker); her grandson Marshall H. Robertson; and her sister Helen "Honey" Reid Updike. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
