With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Catherine Babb (Geneva, New York), who passed away on November 13, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. and Mary Elizabeth McNerney DeVaney Sr.; her son Joseph M. Babb; her brother John F. DeVaney; and her sister-in-law Karen DeVaney.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela A. Babb (Karl Uhl) of Mt. Morris, John L. Babb Jr. (Robin) of Dauphin, PA and James E. Babb (Kim Blackburn) of Clifton Springs; her brothers, Thomas P. DeVaney of Geneva and Charles W. DeVaney (Mary) of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Michele Travis (Rob), Lauren Babb, Kevin Babb, Emily Babb, Christopher Babb and Patrick Babb; and her great grandchildren, Everett and Nolan Travis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions, in her memory, may be made to St. Francis-St. Stephen's Education Fund.
