She is survived by: her son Willie Hayes-Addie (Monique) of Geneva; her siblings, Walter Hayes (Kirsten) of Newburgh, Jackie Lee Manning of Olympia, WA and Doris Hayes of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Jahlil Hayes, Willie Hayes, Jr., Quran Hayes-Addie, Stephen, Taneia, Carolyn Godbolt, Diamond Wineglass and Velour Reid; her aunt Mabel Long; and her brother-in-law Richard Cousar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
