With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Dematties (Geneva, New York), born in Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on December 9, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph DeMatties; her son Daniel DeMatties; and her siblings, Martine Nielson and John Christensen. She is survived by: her parents, Danish and Martin; her children, Thomas DeMatties of Geneva, Judith DeMatties of Geneva and Michael DeMatties (Mary) of Geneva; her daughter-in-law Lori DeMatties of Geneva; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Darrick, Bryon, Marc Russ, Daniel DeMatties and Molly Moran (Dakota). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, 1 great, great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
