He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moses and Alma Moses; his wife Karen; his siblings, Thomas Moses, Harry Moses Jr. (Bucky) and Rosemary Moses Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Richard Mungo.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Moses Jr., Michael Moses (Luke Rosche-Ritchie) of Springfield, VA and Emily Moses (Alex Ortiz) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Audrianna and Julianna; his sister Carolan Moses Mungo of Geneva; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Marron, Pat Egbert of Rochester and Eugene Egbert of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
