He is survived by: his wife Linda Kerr; his children, Mark Tate of Rochester, Daniel Tate of Long Beach, CA, Barbara Switzer of Canandaigua and Susan Peck (Matt) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Samantha Tate, Erin Switzer, Kyle Switzer and Darcy Tate; and his great grandchild Ryan. He is also survived by several niece and nephews.
