She is survived by: her parent Stanley A.; her children, Cynthia L. Swarthout of Waterloo and David B. Swarthout of Minneapolis, Minn.; her granddaughter Caitlin Smith (Brandon); her great grandchild Kellin Smith; her sister-in-law Nina Swarthout; and her nieces and nephews, Donna Madiera, Carol Fairchild, Jack Zwolinski and Jim Mulligan. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
