He is survived by: his parents, Harry O. Swinehart, and Patricia A. Rey Swinehart, Jr.; his wife Sheri Lynn Swinehart; his children, Courtney Swinehart of Geneva, NY and Grant Swinehart of Geneva, NY; and his siblings, Brian Swinehart (Amber) and Jessica Swinehart of Waterloo, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Those attending the memorial service MUST wear face masks and use hand sanitizer.
