It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice B. Valerio (Geneva, New York), born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on March 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jack Ball. She is survived by: her parent Alice Clark Ball; her husband Stephen; her children, Joseph Valerio of Washington, DC and Alison Valerio (Ethan Stewart-Smith) of Washington, PA; and her sister Catherine Church (Gerald) of Farwell, MI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in her memory, may be made to St. Lawrence University, the Washington & Jefferson University Women's Lacrosse Team, or to the American Heart Association.
