He is survived by: his brother Dmytro (Jim); his spouse Olga Krawec; his daughters, Kathy and Katia Prelack (Kathy); his son-in-law David Prelack; his grandchildren, Anna, Nina and Nikolas; his nephews, Jim Mastellar (Kathy) and Alan Malyj (Anna); and his sister Olga Zinchenko. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
