He was predeceased by: his parent Howard E. Sr.; his wife Bernice Belcher; and his brother James Belcher. He is survived by: his parent Josephine James Belcher; his children, Bernard E. Belcher (Judith) of Rochester, Robert M. Belcher (Brenda) of Phelps and Suzanne Cheney (John Erik) of Bartlett, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica, Nicole, Sara, Nathan and Heather; his significant other Michela DiDuro; and his children, Joseph DiDuro, John DiDuro and Matthew DiDuro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
