He is survived by: his fiancée Sandra Melendez; his children, Ernesto "Tito" Rivera Jr. of Geneva, Luis Rivera of Geneva, Hector Rivera (Deborah) of Geneva, Herbert Rivera of Elmira, Orison Rivera, Alma Lambert (Chris) of Geneva, Nivia Mena and Carmen Rivera; and his sisters, Marian Torres, Daisy Harris and Rosael Rivera. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
