Murphy of Geneva, New York, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Murphy and Isabel Murphy (Souter); his wife Ann Murphy; and his sister-in-law Beverly Murphy. He is survived by: his close friend Judith Lyons of Geneva; his children, Michael Murphy (Patricia) of Chelmsford, MA, Debra Murphy (Tim Coutlee) of Geneva, Mark Murphy of Rochester, Teresa Yeckley of Geneva and Joylette Lyons Aaron (Lou) of Middlesex; his brothers, William Murphy of Milan, PA and Joseph Budd Murphy (Bessie) of Nisbet, PA; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
