He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bishop and Mary Goodman Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rischell-Bishop; his daughter Meghann D. Thrasher (Jonathan) of Winter Garden, FL; and his brother Darrin Bishop (Carol) of Osprey, FL. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.

Memorial contributions, in his memory, may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center for Research or to the Presbyterian Church in Geneva.
