He is survived by: his parent Stella Breese (Petrie); his wife Robin L. Breese (Hultz); and his children, Gail Danko (Chuck) of Maryland, Joseph Breese (Charity) of Geneva, John Breese (Cassandra) of Waterloo and Charles R., Jr. of Waterloo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
