It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl James Cooper of Geneva, New York, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl James Cooper, Sr. and Amelia Cooper (Menendez). He is survived by: his wife Mireille "Mickie" Renee Cooper (Hesson) of Geneva; and his siblings, Patricia Gaither of Levittown, PA and Robert Cooper of Tulsa, OK.
