She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Viola and Frances Viola (Miksic); her son Robert DePillo; and her siblings, Frank Viola (Lola), Thomas Viola (Gloria), William Viola, Anthony Viola, Donald Viola and Katherine Westcott.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Achilles (Stephen) of Geneva; her sister Frances Curtis of Newark; her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Derr Viola and Elizabeth Barbieri Viola; her grandchildren, Jennifer Achilles (Ben McMinn), Dr. Stephanie Achilles, Karen Hendrick (William), Robert DePillo, Jr. and Sara Saylor (Dan Van); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Landry, Cecelia Hendrick, Daxton and Evelyn McMinn. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
