She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Halsey and Ruby Halsey; and her sister MaryAnn Privett. She is survived by: her husband Richard S Cring; her daughter Susan Tomkins (Gary) of Clifton Springs; her grandson Justin Tomkins (Lisa); her great grandchild Henry Tomkins; her siblings, Janet Frank (Jim), Richard Halsey (Rita), Robin Barker (Leonard) and Thomas Halsey; and her brother-in-law James Privett. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Barb's name to any children's organizations as she always looked out for children.
