Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis McCracken and Iva McCracken of York, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Zavrel, Christopher Zavrel (Daniella) and Dr. Thomas Zavrel (Jenna); her grandchildren, Elisa Zavrel (Los Angeles) and Meadow Aria Zavrel; and her siblings, Roger McCracken (Alice), Alan McCracken (Kathryn) and Wendy McCracken. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home (111 Main St, Geneseo, NY 14454). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, Inc. (111 Main St, Geneseo, NY 14454).
