He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Quinlan and Mary Quinlan (Hough); his stepfather Paul Quartz; his grandson Kylan Quinlan; his stepbrother Gerald; and his sister-in-law Catherine Quartz.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Kuhn (Joseph) of Hornell, Timothy Quinlan (KC) of Arkport, Joseph Quinlan (Karen) of Doylestown, Paul Quinlan (Debra) of Hornell, William Quinlan (Seana) of Canisteo and Philip Quinlan (Tima) of Potomac Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
