She was predeceased by: her father Augustus Rosenthal; her daughter Amanda Boiani; her brothers, John and Robert Rosenthal; and her mother Mary Aylward Rosenthal Jr..

She is survived by: her husband James Boiani; her son James Boiani (Alyssa) of McLean, VA; her grandchildren, Amanda, Elisa, Levi and Maxwell Boiani; her siblings, Virginia Renaud (Ron), Margaret Rosenthal (Sarah), Richard Rosenthal (Suzanne), Augustus Rosenthal (Tina) and Mary Rosenthal; and her daughter-in-law Katherine Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and her.
