He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Lisa Foley (Gene), Michael Powell (Debra), Joseph Powell (Theresa) and Linda Clarke Jr. (Don); his sisters, Carol Fox and Linda Powell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Powell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
