Joseph F. Griffo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph F. Griffo formerly of Geneseo, New York, born in Mount Morris, New York, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Laurita; his son Christopher Griffo; and his brother Carmen Griffo. He is survived by: his children, Amie Alden (Bill) of Groveland, Susan Kelley (Chris) of Pittsford and Matthew Griffo (Kathy MacCracken) of Geneseo; his grandchildren, Brandy Alden (Vin Hutnick), Kristina Alden (Ben Rubinstein), Aaron Kelley (Laura), Sara Kelley-Crabtree (Josh), Rebekah Herring (David) and Elizabeth Brandt (Ryan); his sisters, Mickey Reynolds of Geneseo and Ann Jean Burns; and his brother-in-law Bert Alexander (Donna) of Penn Yan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
