He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D'Onofrio and Elsie D'Onofrio. He is survived by: his wife Marie Rudolph D'Onofrio; his son Nicholas D'Onofrio of Geneseo; his brother Dominic D'Onofrio (Eleanor) of Gloversville, NY; his mother-in-law Marianne Rudolph of Conesus; and his siblings-in-law, Debora Donohue (Raymond) of Conesus, Paula Greenman (Mark) of Lakeville, Diane Eades of Conesus, John Rudolph (Margaret) of Conesus and Mark Rudolph (Kris) of Honeoye. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
