He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kurt Cylke, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Anna Kowalchuk; his children, Callaghan Arianna (Mikaela) and Thomas Justus; his mother Mary Cylke (Zembroski); and his sisters, Mary Amanda Mattingly (Jeff) and Virginia Ann Cylke (Mark Downey). He is also survived by extended family, and many, many friends.
