He was predeceased by: his son Terrell A. Price; and his sister Hildreth Rae Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Tanner Price; his children, David Price (Sherilyn) of Pasadena, MD and Shirley Raymond (Charles) of Yaphank, NY; his grandchildren, James Terrell Price, Bailee Price (Brenden Wicks), Caitlin O'Donnell (Shane) and Dennis Sullivan; his great grandchild Conor O'Donnell; and his brother-in-law Rev. Ronald Knapp of Princess Anne, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
