He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Scott MacVean Manly; his wife Jean MacVean Manly; his daughter Kathleen Manly of Bluffton, SC; his brother Douglas H. Manly of Buffalo; and his parents, Earl Manly and Marian Hart Manly. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
