He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Klemm Bailor; and his parents, Paul Bailor and Doris M. Embling Bailor. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Bailor of Geneseo and Stacy Bailor of Geneseo; his sister Dorothy MacKenzie; his niece Tiffany DiPerna; his great-niece Michaela DiPerna; and his great-nephews, Caleb DiPerna and Nathan DiPerna.
