He was predeceased by: his wife Sheryl Mady Sica. He is survived by: his parent Carmen Sica; his brother Peter Sica (Monica) of Leicester; his nephews, Matt Sica (Rayna) and Alex Sica; and his mother Patsy Riese Sica. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
